It happens to the best of us (and the worst of us) - I spilled coffee on my macbook air keyboard in the middle of the work week!

Thankfully I was able to call Ibrahim soon after and he started working on cleaning and drying the computer immediately. The motherboard wasn’t damaged and his availability to work on the computer right away was such a big help. He also notified me that I needed a battery replacement and was able to order and install it. The entire process was stress free as he frequently updated whatever step he was working on next.

Very thankful for the fair pricing, professionalism, communication and speed in working so that I could have my computer back and functioning by the next day.

Excellent experience with Ibrahim from IFix Deep Computet. He fixed my iPad screen, installed a new operating system, and charged a very reasonable price. He also took the time to check an old water-damaged phone to see if any data could be recovered, and didn’t charge me for that. That level of honesty and customer service is rare. Ibrahim is an absolute stud for fixing my printer. I literally drove from Davie, to Weston 25 minutes away to see this technological expert, and it was worth not only the drive, but also my time well spent with him. The keyboard to my laptop was non responsive, and the laptop itself would not turn back on after I shut it off. I dropped the laptop off at 5pm and got it back fully functional the next day! Ibrahim was very kind and quick to fix my issue, and went beyond to also make sure everything else in the laptop was functioning properly.
