Repair Services

Because each repair involves hands-on labour, parts, and diagnosis, we do not offer refunds once the repair is completed and your device has passed our quality assurance testing.

Defective Parts

If a part we installed fails within 30 days due to a manufacturer defect, we will replace it at no labour cost. This does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, or user error.

Custom-Built PCs

If your custom PC has a verified hardware issue within 14 days of pickup, we will repair or replace the faulty component at no additional charge.

Diagnostic Fee

The $75 on-site diagnostic fee is non-refundable once the technician has travelled to your location. The free drop-off diagnostic is non-refundable.

Exceptions

Refunds are only considered if we cannot fix the issue you originally approved, and no alternative solution is acceptable to you. All refund decisions are at our discretion.
