Service Refunds

  • Refunds are provided only if the service was not completed as agreed
  • No refunds after successful service delivery

Repair Services

  • If an issue persists after repair, we will attempt to fix it again
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for complex issues like hardware failure

Custom Build Orders

  • Custom-built PCs are non-refundable once assembled
  • Partial refunds may apply if the order is canceled before assembly

Software Services

  • Completed installations (Windows, Mac software, virus removal) are non-refundable

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
