1. Agreement to Terms.
By accessing iFix Deep Computer’s website or services (diagnostics, repairs, custom builds, and on-site support), you agree to these terms.
2. Travel & Diagnostic Fee
- Drop-off at our location: Free diagnosis
- On-site Visit (within 30 min of Weston, FL): $75 Diagnostic Fee
- If your location is greater than 30 minutes away, the system will not allow you to pay the diagnostic fee and will alert you that a custom quote is needed.
3. Fixes & Components
- We use compatible quality parts.
- We shall not be liable for any loss of data. It is your responsibility to back up your data prior to repair unless you have purchased our data backup and recovery service. Data loss is rare but can happen.
4. Liability Limitation:
Lost data, business interruption or pre-existing issues found during repair are not our responsibility. We are only liable for the amount of the repair paid.
5. Paying:
All repairs must be approved on the quote before work can begin. Payment on completion is requested.
6. Amendments:
We may change these Terms at any time. Your continued use of our services will be deemed acceptance.
